Rigsby Lounge Chair

The Rigsby Lounge Chair is a rounded club chair framed by a slim line of steel. Its thick upholstered arms curve smoothly into the back to form one continuous, enveloping shape, while a thin metal frame wraps the outside of each arm and drops to the floor as slender legs. The effect is a chair that feels deeply comfortable yet looks crisp and light on its feet.

Shown in a rich cognac upholstery, the Rigsby brings warmth to lodge lounges, steakhouse bars and hotel lobbies. It is offered in a range of metal finishes and in our faux leathers, leathers and fabrics, and it pairs with the Rigsby 2-Seater Sofa for a matched lounge group.

Built for commercial use

The Rigsby has a welded steel frame rather than a bolted one, so the structure stays solid under constant use in public spaces. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Metal (Metal Finish Option A): a broad palette of powder coat colors from the Color Finish Series, metal finishes such as matte gunmetal and brushed galvanized, and premium finishes including antique brass, brushed copper, dark bronze and rust patina.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option A): a wide range of standard and deluxe faux leathers, from vintage and pebbled textures to solid neutrals and deep blues and greens.

Leather (Leather Option B): pebbled black, copper, pebbled lead, pebbled battleship, ash grey and vintage umber brown.

Fabric (Fabric Option B): velvets in eight colors plus durable woven performance fabrics rated from 100,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted (minimums may apply).

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
