Maddox Chair

The Maddox Chair is a stackable metal side chair made for both indoor and outdoor dining. Its back is formed by three horizontal slats set in a squared, upright frame, and the seat is woven polypropylene, which keeps it comfortable and quick to shed water. Slim straight legs and clean right angles give it a tidy, café-style look that works on a patio, a rooftop or an indoor dining room.

Because it stacks, the Maddox is easy to store, clear for events or move between indoor and outdoor areas. It is in stock in our quick ship program, so it is a strong choice for openings, refreshes and seasonal patio setups that cannot wait for a production run.

Built for commercial use

The metal frame is welded rather than bolted, and the chair is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. The Maddox stacks; ganging hardware may be available depending on the chair. We do not stock stacking carts, but they can be custom made on request. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty from shipment. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
