Tropez Side Chair

The Tropez Side Chair captures the look of a classic French bistro chair in a format built for commercial patios. Its aluminum frame is powder coated in a faux wood grain that reads like bent cane, with a tall, gently curved back framed by the uprights and slim splayed legs below. An espresso faux wicker weave on the seat and back adds the woven texture guests associate with a sidewalk café.

Being aluminum, the Tropez is light to move, suitable for outdoor use and stacks for storage at the end of the night or the end of the season. It is also in stock through our quick ship program. Use it on its own for tight café rows, or mix it with the Tropez Arm Chair at the ends of tables and in more generous layouts.

Built for commercial use

The Tropez frame is welded, not bolted. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, ships fully assembled from the factory, and carries our 3-year frame structural warranty and 1-year finish warranty from shipment. The chair stacks to save floor space; ganging hardware may be available depending on the chair. We do not stock stacking carts, but they can be custom made on request. Each chair comes standard with heavy-duty nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
