Quick Ship Restaurant Furniture: How It Works

Quick ship exists for the project that cannot wait 14 weeks: a restaurant opening that moved up, a patio season starting early, a banquet room with a booking on the calendar, or a replacement order after a flood or a broken run of chairs. Everything on this page is in stock in our warehouse and ships within 2–3 business days of order and payment, nationwide.

What quick ship is, and what it is not

Quick ship items are stocked in set finishes and upholstery combinations. That is the trade: you get the chair in days instead of months, in the colorways we hold. If you need a custom stain, a COM fabric or a powder coat match, that is a standard production order at 14–20 weeks, with 8–10 week rush available on most frames. Your rep can tell you in one call whether the look you want exists in stock.

Check quantity before you commit

Stock moves. Before you build a floor plan around a quick ship chair, confirm the available quantity for that exact finish — we would rather tell you up front that only 40 of a style are on the floor than have you short by twelve at install. Our team can also split an order: quick ship what is available now to open the room, and backfill the balance from production.

What operators use it for

• Opening dates that moved. The most common reason we get a quick ship call.

• Replacements. Breakage, storm damage and finish failures on someone else’s furniture.
• Private events. Extra seating for a room that just got booked.
• Sample chairs. Getting a real chair in front of an owner or a chef this week rather than next quarter.

Ordering

Minimum order is 4 pieces per item. Freight is quoted with the order; we ship nationwide and to Canada. Orders ship on receipt of payment, so getting the paperwork back the same day is usually what determines whether furniture leaves this week or next.
