Albert Chair with Upholstered Seat

The Albert Chair is a European beech dining chair with a wide, curved back panel that wraps gently around the shoulders. The broad, rounded top of the back gives the chair a friendly, slightly retro bistro character, while straight legs and double side stretchers keep the base sturdy and simple. A padded upholstered seat makes it comfortable through a long dinner.

It is a dependable choice for cafes, bistros, hotel restaurants and neighborhood dining rooms that want warmth without fuss. Pair a deep walnut or ebony stain with a rich red or black faux leather seat for a classic look, or go lighter with natural or maple. A wood-seat version is also offered. Built for commercial use

The Albert is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood stain (Wood Option E): walnut, tobacco, select cherry, rustic oak, natural, maple, mahogany, light cherry and ebony, all on European beech.

Faux leather (Faux Leather Option C): a wide palette of commercial faux leathers from our Classic, Jackson and Glaze lines, covering neutrals, browns, blacks, blues, greens and bold accent colors.

For commercial use we recommend upholstery rated at 75,000–100,000 double rubs. COM is accepted (minimums may apply), and we will provide the yardage for your selection. Read more in our upholstery double rubs guide.

This item is in stock in our quick ship program and ships within 2–3 days of order and payment, nationwide. Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request. Sample chairs are available for sit tests through our sample loan program.
