Anders Lounge Chair

The Anders Lounge Chair is a sculptural solid wood lounge chair with a low, wide seat and a distinctive open frame. Gracefully curved legs arc beneath the seat, while straight front posts and sloping arm rails frame the sides, giving the chair a light, crafted look from every angle. A broad, curved back and a padded seat cushion sit within the frame.

Shown with a natural wood frame and black seat and back, the Anders feels at once modern and rustic, which makes it a natural fit for mountain lodges, resort lounges, hotel lobbies and club rooms. Its low seat height invites guests to settle in by a fireplace or window. Choose from American and European hardwood finishes and a range of leathers and fabrics, or specify COM.

Built for commercial use

The Anders is built with mortise-and-tenon joinery and very few bolted connections. It is tested to 400 lbs and tested internally to meet ANSI/BIFMA standards, and its foam and upholstery meet CAL TB 117-2013. It ships fully assembled from the factory and carries a 3-year frame structural warranty and a 1-year finish and upholstery warranty from shipment. Each lounge chair comes standard with heavy-duty nail-on nylon glides, suitable for most commercial floor types, including hardwood, tile, stone, concrete and carpet.

Finishes and upholstery

Wood (Wood Option B): North American ash, European beech, black painted ash (open pore), beech with walnut stain, ash with light or dark walnut stain, American white oak and American walnut.

Leather (Leather Option A): a wide range of standard, deluxe and premium leathers, including distressed and richly colored hides.

Fabric (Fabric Option A): a broad selection of fabrics, tweeds and performance textiles, many rated 72,000 to 130,000 double rubs.

COM: customer's own material is accepted, and we will provide the required yardage.

Lead times and ordering

Standard production is 14–20 weeks, and most orders can be rushed to 8–10 weeks. Minimum order is typically 4 pieces, and smaller orders are considered on request.
